Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support and monitor data operation metrics and integrated dashboards.
  • You will support strategic direction for Service.
  • You will support DX digitalization to align with other SHS and DX support teams.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience within Service environment
  • Preferably with experience in PowerBI
  • You have experience in leading a team would be a plus; ability to lead, inspire and manage a team on individual contributors and professional


Your attributes and skills:

  • You able to produce quality data driven analysis, proposals, and presentations
  • You are a strong communicator
  • Your ability to build sound working relationships internally and with customers will ensure success in this role
  • You are proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Working Location: Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore. Relocation is not required.
