• Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and insights that inform content creation
• Manage and maintain our company's content calendar, ensuring that all content is published on time and meets our standards for quality and relevance
• Collaborate with other functions, such as sales, HR etc to develop content that supports their goals and initiatives
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our content efforts, using metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and lead generation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and apply them to our company's marketing efforts
• Edit and proofread content produced by other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO and keyword research
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Creative mindset and ability to generate new ideas and approaches.
• Good at research and creating/writing original content (no plagiarism)
• Self evaluating and self learner, humble and respectful, team player and open to feedback
