Collection Center In charge role is designed to procure produce directly from farming community of CC catchment area, guide and assist farmers to ensure seamless experience while working with Amazon systems. As a part of this team, the primary role will be spear heading produce procurement and VM activities of collection center. To make daily procurement price decision basis the TPPs and local MIS. Make short term and long term procurement plans covering the seasonal and perennial crops in CC catchment area. Co ordinate with regional vendor manager and serving LPC to deliver targeted line and quantity fill rates, work with 3P teams at CC to ensure the completion of GRNs and on time payments for farmers. Closely work with regional quality teams to deliver the targeted quality scores. Co ordinate with LPC Ops teams to effectively handle middle mile movement for produce. Work effectively with farmer engagement teams to drive the farmer engagement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

a. Bachelor’s degree in any Agriculture or related discipline b. 1 to 2 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volume of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based on analysis of such data. d. 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement processes such as placing PO, working on lead time and knowledge is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Post Graduate in Agriculture or related discipline

Preferred fluency in multiple languages including Hindi, English and Gujrati
