• Once Job is assigned, they need to call up the client and take a meeting scheduled immediately based on Client feasibility
• After taking the Client Schedule, he should meet the Client in the said client place on time
• Must Inspect Sites Directly by cross verifying the Land security document provided for Home Loans by Clients and updating in the Mattrum WebApp
• Must Complete the 20 Attributes assigned for a Property by verifying EB Card with Meter Number, Checking Area, Length and Breadth of Site, Verifying Building plan Approvals docs, Street View Photo inside and outside the property and Geo Location tagging etc.
• Need to click submit after completing the 20 Attributes as per Actual Findings.
• It's a part time job, you can work on flexible time in a day, the target for a day is only 4 files minimum but it's up to you to complete as much you wish.
