Transheat Technologies Private Limited is an Engineering Design Consultancy providing design support for various equipment used in refineries and process plants to many clients in India, Middle East and Europe. We are interested to develop applications which will enable users to generate AutoCAD drawings (General Arrangement and detail fabrication drawings) based on user inputs through a GUI. The equipment are typically similar in construction arrangements but with variations in dimensions and hence we see a benefit in using CAD automation tools.
With the above background, Transheat is looking for candidates with the following skill sets.
- Good command and skilled at using .NET Framework with scripting in C## / Python for AutoCAD applications.
- Knowledge of APIs for AutoCAD customisations to generate 2D drawings for equipment like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc. will be added advantage.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD commands and their syntax for programming purposes will be an added advantage. If required, we can provide training for the selected candidate to understand AutoCAD command syntax.
- Candidates who have prior experience in CAD customisation for generating 2D drawings and 3D models will be preferred.
- Good communication skills are a prerequisite to ensure that you understand the requirements and ensure that they are taken care of in the development process.
Since we have a wide variety of equipment for which we plan to develop CAD customisation tools, this will be a challenging assignment with long term employment prospects. Your knowledge and skillset will be required even after product deployment to keep track of various developments and ensure regular updating and release newer versions of the tools.
Salary is not a constraint for right candidate.
