Responsibilities:

  • Design and Drive Strat plan for Cluster
    • Design rolling 5 year strategy for Cluster Therapies as per the strategy guidelines and frameworks
    • Enable articulation of strategy to internal stake-holders in correct and consistent manner
    • Facilitate allocation of near team - resource & budget decisions in line with strategic plan for the cluster
    • Periodic monitoring and reviews of the plans and ensure course correction if required
  • Design and Drive Strategic initiatives for Cluster
    • Identifying Scope and Objective of the project
      • Identifying Must Wins for the success of the project
      • Defining work streams
      • Stakeholder engagement
      • Analytics and benchmarking
      • Implementation PMO
    • Build Review and Tracking Mechanism
      • Define critical functional KPIs to be monitored
      • RCA of monthly performance
      • Review and Governance mechanism
  • Decision analytics for Cluster
    • End to end business diagnostics and analytics to provide granular insights on performance
    • Root cause analysis of performance
    • Spend analytics, HQ analytics, Hygiene analytics, Effort analytics, Supply analytics, Outside in analytics
    • Providing appropriate counter measures to improve performance
    • Brand Plan Support
    • Field Work to develop and validate insights/execution
    • Primary Market Research
    • Monthly POV/Outlook for Focus Brands and New Products
  • Center of Excellence (COE) - External Sales audits
    • IMS
      • Ensuring adequate representation of GG India in IMS database (pricing, new products etc)
      • Appropriate support from IMS on competitive intelligence and market insights
      • Timely circulation of dashboards and files to commercial teams for planning
      • Benchmarking IMS reflection trend with internal figure and appropriate correction
      • Performance analytics for management
      • Handling commercial teams queries
    • New datasets
      • Engaging with new stakeholder in market who generate real time data for sharper territory level planning
      • Define the scope of the data utility
      • Understand the different source of data points across agencies
      • Design and run pilot
      • Implementing process flow, data flow, data structure, dashboard, review and tracking mechanism and hand over to business team
  • Center of Excellence (COE) - Support strategy planning and budgeting for GG India
    • Outside in perspective
    • Therapeutic Area (TA) wise heuristic analysis and market forecast
    • TA wise Dr Reddy's event based forecast, Risk assessment over the forecast period and Bottom up SKU level volume based forecast
    • Defining budget initiatives review, Stress testing the budget initiatives, Circulation of templates and appropriate cadence
    • Budget and corporate presentations
