Designation: Branch Manager- BM

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all of the functions of the Branch office.
• Should be willing to go for field activities for marketing and sales on daily basis with the branch staff. And drive sales(Deposits).
• Ability to build the business in new branch territories from scratch.
• Including overseeing the approval of Loans, Marketing, building a rapport with the customers to attract business and ensuring that the branch meets its goals and objectives in a timely manner.
• You will be responsible for loans and deposit mobilization and have to follow the circulars released from time to time by the Head office

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation (or) Relevant Post Graduation into Banking & Finance sectors like B.COM, BBA, BBM, MBA
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the Sales, Marketing in Finance sectors.
