- Carry out general housekeeping duties as required.
- Follow Organization rules & regulations; be punctual to the office timings.
- Clock on to personal time card upon arrival and off upon departure.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Do the job right the first time
- Use all the protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer vehicle i.e. seat cover, floor mats, fender covers & steering wheel cover.
- Ensure all customers requests on the repair order are completed to high quality standards.
- Treat customer vehicles and belongings with care.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of all technician hand tools to meet the service & repair requirements
- Strive to complete all repair orders within the time allocated
- Identify and advise floor supervisor, if any additional repairs items found
- Carry out final inspection of all work completed and endorse the final inspection mirror hanger.
- Maintain accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order.
- Transcribe clear accurate account of all work completed onto the repair order.
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist qualified senior technicians as requested.
- To attend all In-House training classes and also to share your experience.

In 2005,operations were started with a state of the art Skoda Showroom in Teynampet, Chennai & also a centrally located & easily accessible workshop on Mount Road. In 2006, a workshop dedicated for accidental repair jobs & paint jobs was started at Saligramam,Chennai. In 2007, Gurudev Motors spread its wings by opening a Skoda Showroom & Workshop in Madurai. To expand its Skoda customer base even further a wonderful SSS facility (Sales,Service,Spares) was inaugurated in the year 2008 in Koyambedu, Chennai. To meet the growing demand of customers, a Sales & Service facility was started at Trichy in 2009. In 2010, another Skoda workshop in Guindy commenced its operations. In 2011, yet another SSS facility was started in Vellore.
In 2016, it launched Skoda India's largest Sales, Service & Spares Facility in Ambattur, Chennai
In 2016, Gurudev Motors was also awarded the dealership of Tata Motors to sell & service Tata Cars in Chennai
During this expansion phase, it also enjoyed various accolades. To name a few, Gurudev Motors was awarded with Best Warranty Management, Best Sales Satisfaction Index, Best Dealer for 2009 by Skoda Auto India.
