We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS DevOps Trainer to join our team. As an AWS DevOps Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and workshops to individuals and corporate clients. Your primary objective will be to educate and empower participants to effectively utilize AWS DevOps tools and technologies in their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop Training Materials: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and hands-on activities, to effectively deliver AWS DevOps training programs.

Deliver Training Programs: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to individuals and groups of varying sizes. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and provide practical examples and real-world use cases to enhance understanding.

Customize Training Content: Adapt training content and delivery based on the specific needs and skill levels of participants. Tailor the training materials to address different industries, job roles, and experience levels.

Hands-on Lab Support: Provide guidance and support to participants during hands-on lab exercises, troubleshooting any issues they encounter and offering best practices and recommendations.

Stay Updated with AWS DevOps: Continuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AWS DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices. Incorporate relevant updates into training materials.

Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions. Make necessary adjustments to improve the quality and impact of the training.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop and enhance training materials and maintain consistency across training programs.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to training materials, including lesson plans, training schedules, and participant records.

Qualifications:

Extensive Experience: Significant experience working with AWS DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CloudFormation.

Strong Training Background: Proven experience in delivering technical training programs, workshops, or boot camps, preferably in the field of AWS DevOps. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are essential.

AWS Certifications: AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.

Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, and assist participants in solving problems related to AWS DevOps tools and environments.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training content and delivery methods based on the unique requirements and learning styles of participants.

Continuous Learning: Proactive approach to stay updated with the latest AWS DevOps trends, tools, and best practices, and to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training programs, manage multiple training engagements, and meet deadlines.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, share knowledge and insights, and contribute to the overall success of the training department.
