Job Summary:

Strategic sourcing of Materials & Services as per annual plans to help de-risk supply continuity and provide support to procurement team for smooth buying. He/She will be responsible for the following.

  • Review & analyse spend data to identify leavers and make annual sourcing strategy. Strategy may include following, but not limiting to.
    • o Alternate Vendor Development
    • o Executing Supply Agreements
    • o Coordinating for Quality Agreements
    • o Making Annual Rate Contracts for majority of Runners & Repeaters.
  • Responsible for executing the plan along with procurement team and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Make periodic performance assessments of vendors.
  • Coordinate for Digitalisation Initiations.
  • Enable management reviews by effective MIS.
  • Compliance to Audit requirements, both Internal and External.
  • Manage Vendor & Material Qualifications for all relevant Direct Material’sn
