• Help in building the MSME CASA book by encouraging existing customers to transact with our liability products and ensuring that >90% of all NTB disbursements happen to Ujjivan CA
• Drive Third Party Product goals towards budget achievement including insurance etc
• Manage and enrich alternate business channels like Connectors, Corporate DSAs et al
• Set-up and monitor management dashboards and publish business review documents / decks in a timely manner
• Devise and lead regional and national contests to boost up business numbers

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is a mass-market focused small finance bank in India, catering to financially unserved and underserved segments and committed to building financial inclusion in the country. Our Promoter, Ujjivan Financial Services Limited (UFSL) commenced operations as an NBFC in 2005 with the mission to provide a full range of financial services to the economically active poor who were not adequately served by financial institutions.
