Assistant Manager I

• Drive Credit Program Growth while working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns across Flipkart Wholesale channels: Digital and Offline
• Work with the business/product/marketing teams to enable data driven decision making
• Define, track, and communicate key business metrics for the portfolio, and derive actionable insights
• Execute necessary business initiatives to achieve credit adoption and utilization targets
• Identify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures
• Directly work with Marketing, Product Managers and Analytics to optimize customer acquisition funnel
• Ensure there is a comprehensive system of reporting and quality.
• Collaborate with Financial Institutions/ Banks to ensure seamless execution

Skills Required:

Self-starter, Should be comfortable with ambiguity, Strong ownership, Good Communication Skills, SQL, Business Analysis

Location:

Bangalore,Karnataka

Education/Qualification:

B.Tech. MBA preferred
