In store Merchandising:

  • Ensure ticketing compliance (Correctness, cleanliness, adherence to guidelines)100% compliance on merchandising, display guidelines
  • Drive liquidation of SLM & Ageing stocks

Process:

  • Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy (System and Physical stocks)
  • PID's schedule compliance on a regular basis
  • To ensure the adherence to SOPs in the section
  • Drives "Lean Time Equals Learn Time" principle for his team

People:

  • Plan staffing, sales targets for all team members
  • Review performance on a daily basis for each team member and provide feedback and support to ensure they achieve the targets
    Ensure every staff is fully trained before being deployed on the floor and continuous training is happening for the staff.
  • Review staff performance on the floor - GUEST, Customer handling, Product knowledge

Drive croma.com usage on the floor to engage staff, improve product knowledge and deliver great customer service

  • To generate sales for the assigned category.
  • Assist in completing price changes within the department.
  • Assist in bringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  • Execute plans to maximize sales as set by the immediate superior.
  • Making sure the overall sales is achieving in his / her category and tracking the same against budgets every day.
  • Aid customers in locating merchandise.
  • Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements and inform the customer on the same.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
  • Assist in ensuring achievement of set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions and operations.
  • Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
  • Resolving all customer complaints on time.
  • Ensuring availability of products in the assigned category.
  • To ensure timely review and feedback takes place for all store employees
  • To ensure the adherence to SOPs in Store.
  • Assist in updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues at weekly sales meeting.
