Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for achieving target sales volume and growth in the area by retaining existing customers and acquisition of new customers .
  • Conduct Market research to identify potential customers / selling opportunities and actively pursue to convert the leads to sales for achieving sales volumes and growth.
  • Set up meetings with potential customers and identify their concerns and address the issues.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers on product and services.
  • Collect and realize payments for products sold
  • Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections effectively
  • Create systems for frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Collaborate with other members to deliver product and services to the customers in timely and efficient manner
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with internal teams for improvement
  • Monitor competitors activities and offers and provide feedback to Team members
  • Participate on behalf of the company in conference and exhibitions to promote company business and services
  • Create Value for Company products and brand

  • good degree in engineering or MBA
  • Proven experience as Sales Executive in relevant Fields
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Good knowledge in MS office
