Job Details

1. Operational Management:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all restaurants in the assigned cluster.

Monitor performance indicators, including sales, revenue, food costs, labor costs, and guest satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.

Implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency across all locations.

Address operational challenges and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

2. Financial Management:

Responsible to achieve revenue and profit targets for the assigned cluster.

Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve financial performance.

Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply levels.

Monitor MCP in daily basis

3. Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff within the cluster.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and employee development.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.

4. Quality and Guest Experience:

Ensure that all restaurants maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Champion a guest-centric culture across the cluster, focusing on enhancing the overall dining experience.

5. Compliance and Regulation:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and licensing requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in local laws affecting the restaurant business.

6. Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive footfall and revenue.

Represent the company and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and local communities.

7. Stakeholder relationship:

Maintain a healthy relationship with all external stakeholders (Landlords, Franchisee owners etc)

Address the queries and concerns of stakeholders and support them in case of any challenges
