Analytics Manager

Lead a team of 15-20 data Analysts / Engineers within Banking / Insurance / Healthcare / Automotive Domain.

Understand the business requirement and ensure delivery as per expected standards.

Key responsibilities include: -

• Develop a strong rapport with the client, understand their needs and create solutions that meets their requirement
• Manage operational workflow and ensure seamless delivery for both quick turnaround analysis and long-term projects
• Mentor the team and guide them on difficult situations
• Hold regular meetings with the client at agreed-upon intervals and ensure that the team is aligned with the client needs at all time
• To build a team of capable analysts who have prior experience in SQL / SAS & BI
• Take a consultative approach with the clients and support the solutioning team when needed
• Up-skill self with the latest advances in the BI domain

Skills required:

• More than 10+ years of overall Business experience and 7+ years in SQL / SAS & Visualization tools
• Understanding of Contact Center operations is good to have
• Hands-on experience in SQL, SAS, Reporting, Tableau & Power BI
• Experience in Text, Speech & IVR analytics would be added advantage
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Essential skills

• Hands-on experience in data handling tools like SQL, SAS, Power BI & Tableau
• Banking, Insurance, Project Management, Client Interactions
• Must have handled teams and been in a Managerial role for at least 3 years
• Contact Center operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Adherence to timeliness
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Detail oriented

Experience: 10 to 12 years of Overall Experience. Modelling experience Preferred
