Job Description

  • Create and update web pages for websites hosted on AEM through integration of text, images, documents, and videos, in a timely manner, ensuring quality.
  • Learn and understand the client’s websites content, products and seasonal updates and showcase the same during delivery of the tickets and in team and client meetings.
  • Understand the client’s requirements, be able to analyse the ticket and your deliverables.
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge shared by team members or because of self learning or training and implementation of the knowledge during ticket execution for the client.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and a problem-solving approach, try to find, and propose solutions, rather than expect solutions to be provided by the client.
  • Pay attention to the the visual aspects of the page and content during creation or updates.
  • Check responsiveness of the content when creating or updating page content.
  • Update SEO parameters for existing or new content.

Primary Skills

  • Display continuous improvement in performance while working on client tickets, while maintaining a high-quality output and perform quality checks and audits to identify and resolve website experience issues (typos, broken links, functionality errors, poor usability, etc.).
  • Ensure that content publication follows governance principles and client visual identity guidelines and Support website rollouts.

Secondary Skills

  • Report access or platform issues to the team lead and with relevant technical teams to get them resolved.
  • Onboard new and retraining existing users in the CMS and content management.
