What you’ll achieve
As a Business Operations Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
You will:

  • Analyze complex business problems, identify issues, and solve them using data to facilitate informed decision making.

  • Build workflows to gather data from multiple sources and ensure availability of clean data feeds for the analysis.

  • Design and create reports and data visualization dashboards using Power BI and SQL to support business requirements and help customers track their key metrics; Run ad-hoc analysis to answer specific day to day queries

  • Perform detailed root cause analysis to answer business questions; Define overall application functional and business requirements with end-users and recommend application modifications, configurations and processes

  • Implement, design and upgrade applications and create test plans for projects. Build/Implement process and task automation using RPA

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Working proficiency with SQL, data warehousing, business intelligence tools and techniques, and building data visualizations.

  • Strong Excel/VBA skills

  • Strong experience with Power BI and Tableau.

  • Strong communication and sharp analytical skills; problem solving mindset; passion for data; attention to details; aptitude to coordinate multiple tasks; ability to work within a global team.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree
