Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of relevant experience working with executive and/or supporting teams on the Administrative front.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in direct executive support.
  • Experience in calendar management over international time zones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Effective organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
