Roles and Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • knowledge of CRM Software
  • knowledge of Demand letter, welcome letter, receipt, builder buyer agreement, allotment letter, possession papers, Etc.
  • Expanding the customer base by up selling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Preparing MIS report on weekly / monthly basis

  • A bachelors degree in administration or a related field.
