Responsible For Academic Improvement of School,
Detailed inspection of Classroom Teaching and taking steps to maintain/improve them.
Training And Motivating Teachers from time to time.
Organizing examination, maintaining examination standards and discipline.
Taking Charge of Teachers
Delegating duties and ensuring completion of work and extra curriculars on time and as per standards.
Some routine duties like - Sample Inspection of Diaries, Copies, Live Teaching Inspection, Class/Routine Management, pedagogy analysis, curriculum analysis ,etc
Preferred candidate profile
Good proficiency in English, Adminstrative skills, Basic Knowledge of all subjects upto class 6, Teaching experience is mandatory.
