Prior experience on FIU/AML/Compliance
Should be from a BPO Background .
Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts
Maintaining SLA target on a monthly basis to achieve desired KPI s including absenteeism and attrition within the team Prepare schedules for the teams and ensure attendance Compliance to login, log out & scheduled breaks of agents .
Immediate joiner preference .
4+ years prior relevant experience in FIU/AML/Compliance in a major financial institution (preferably international)
1+ years prior people management experience
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of the interplay between legal and business risk
A multi-task with close attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written for Chat process.
Provide KYC/CDD analysis of individual customers
Undertake research, documents check, and financial crime risk assessment via internal and external sources
Perform transaction screening
Detect and report suspicious activity including the predicate offenses to money laundering and terrorist financing
Ensure all documents submitted for CDD are in line with internal policies
Identify and analyses alerts generated by the monitoring system in order to identify potentially suspicious activity
Escalate any red flags and potential risks to the escalation team
Handle sensitive or confidential information
Manage client engagements
Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements
Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations
Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.
Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving techniques
Develop strong working relationships with client (process owner/functional heads).
Attention to detail and mentor young interns and analysts within the practice.
Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice.
Ensure effective project scoping, effort estimate, project work planning, team handling, staffing, providing feedback, etc.
