The purpose of this role is to have complete accountability for the Recruitment or Employee Relationship, creating & nurturing positive working relationships and team development to promote a collaborative high-performance work culture within the contact center.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end HR operations across the organization with key focus on setting processes, Recruitment ,On boarding, Induction, Employee Relations, Exit formalities, HRIS & employee records, attendance & payroll (Contractual and non-contractual folks) statutory compliance and audit etc.
Assist with Manpower planning, budgeting and administration costs. Responsible for End-to-End recruitment, right from manpower requisition, sources to on-boarding.
Develop and manage the recruitment process through sourcing; screening and short-listing.
Sourcing and identifying candidates through various sources internal resume database, employment web sites, referrals, and network.
Managing the On boarding process for new Hire and working closely with the Pre-Employment screening team.
To conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment and events related to recruitment.
To provide end to end support in HR initiatives and projects towards achieving Business & Company Objectives:
To be the custodian of all HR databases and systems including personnel files, reviews, etc
To ensure execution of all HR processes activities such as Performance ER activities, HR policies etc.
Design and implement ER & IR related initiatives to ensure cordial employee relations and conducive work atmosphere that will enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
Develop and implement strategy for speedy and timely redress of genuine grievances and improvement of the overall Work culture & environment.
Ability to counsel & coach employees through their grievances challenges and issues.
Ability to recommend solutions and improvements to have a positive impact on employee experience.
Help ensure employees opinions and recommendations are correctly presented and heard.
Conduct analysis of performance metrics of individual team members/ DRs. Create and implement action plan for improvement.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 4 Years of experience in planning, Talent acquisition, Employee relation & other HR functions.
Excellent verbal & written communication skill, with tactical approach in order to address & resolve issues.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
Should be flexible & adaptable.
Able to handle a team, highly organized able to prioritize workload and work on deadlines
