Minimum qualifications:

- 6 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience in cloud networking, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), fiber, interconnect, peering, IP network planning, implementation role at an ISP, telecoms operator, carrier, and Content Delivery Network (CDN).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience encompassing technical, commercial, and legal areas.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects in a matrixed environment.

- Knowledge of agreement structures for circuit types (e.g., IRU, PTP) from a finance and legal standpoint.

Responsibilities
- Create multi-year metro and region-level network strategies to provide resilient connectivity meeting physical and logical diversity requirements while balancing performance and cost.
- Communicate and engage with internal teams, deploy, Network Engineering, Service Delivery, Production, and Operations. Create and present business cases for long-term investments.
- Manage complex projects and programs applying proper change management, risk management, stakeholder management practices.
- Manage projects of complexity, risk and scope, and discuss multiple circuits in a package and in constrained markets with new/existing vendors.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members in the region. Initiate, develop, and drive the adoption of improvement and efficiency processes across functional areas.
