YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 4-5 Years

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of all key deliverables as per SLA/ Objectives .

• Understand the client queries/requirements and resolve them on priority.

• Work towards improvement of the process and providing value-addition to the client through the deliverables.

• Assisting in audit support.

• Maintain a good rapport with the Client at all sites.

• Timely communication of any issues to the client manager and to the internal management.

• Conduct periodic conference calls with the client.

• Conduct Monthly Operations Reviews as per the schedule.

• Ensure timely completion of Work Reviews and Appraisals of team members.

• Identifying training needs of team members and arrange for training.

• Active involvement in improving the QMS system for the team.

• Strive to develop a good team atmosphere with own team members as well as other teams in the project.

• Timely support to the enabling functions.

• Any other additional responsibility to meet business requirements.

Key skills & knowledge:

• 1. Very Good communication

• 2. MS office - Good Knowledge - Excel Expert

• Supporting responsibilities: 1. Assisting the Manager in ensuring a smooth flow of operations. 2. Help other Managers in their process whenever required.

• Qualification: Inter CA or post degree qualification in Finance and Accounts

• Experience: minimum 2-3 Years

Inter CA/CS/ICWA: minimum 2 years 18 months & above with experience in Finalisation / MIS & team handling

Educational Qualification : B.com/M.com
