As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As security consultant you will be responsible for executing consulting engagements in the areas of designing and implementing fire wall services. Prepare the change plan and present in Weekly Pre-CAB and CAB meeting.

Responsibilities:

Design and development of security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with organization goals. You will be doing consulting and implementation on security firewall services. You will be working on major change requests and incidents in customer firewall infrastructure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, PaloAlto, Juniper and Firepower Next-Gen firewalls for the activities including Firewall HA, Site to Site VPNs.
• AnyConnect VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience OS/Firmware/Patch upgrade Cisco ASA, PaloAlto, Juniper, Checkpoint NGFW and Firepower NGIPS devices.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Willing to work in 24X7 shift.
• Any cloud platform experience preferred AWS.
• Excellent communication skills.
