We are expending and setting up new vertical in Secured lending. We have following role at multiple locations:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures Proposing and conducting marketing activities.
- Ensures Lead Generation, Lead Conversation and maintaining DSR.
- Ensure sourcing of Secured Loan Business.
- Ensured achievement of login and disbursement targets assigned month on month basis.
- Ensures TAT adherence, customer service and customer query resolution.
- Ensures Health of the portfolio.
- Coordinates with Credit/ Business for monthly budget.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Desired Qualification - Graduate, in any stream.
- Desired Experience- 1-3 years experience in LAP/Home loan/Mortgage Loans/MSME Loans products.
- Knowledge of Market, Loan Product, Legal and technical aspects of security.
- Business Analysis Skills.
- Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office, Outlook) / Ease of technology usage (tablet/smartphone.
- KYC norms/guidelines for Secured Loans.
- Basic Knowledge of security- hypothecation and mortgage.
- Communication Skills - fluent in the local language & can read-write basic English.
- Time management.
- Customer relations management.
- Achievement/performance oriented.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel & relocation as per business requirements and career opportunities.
- Two Wheler is mandatory.
CTC offered- Upto 3 LPA (Including PF and ESI)
