  4. Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and sales events. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper coordination and communication within the department.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Track and monitor sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team and management. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.
  6. CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate customer data, track sales activities, and generate sales reports. Ensure the CRM system is updated regularly and provide training and support to the sales team on CRM usage.
  7. Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination. Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions. Facilitate the flow of information between the sales team and other departments.
  8. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide relevant market insights and data to the sales team to support their sales strategies and decision-making processes.
  9. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands. Coordinate with the operations or inventory management team to ensure availability of products or services for timely delivery.
