  • • Market line MBA or an equivalent qualification with business knowledge.
  • • Med track/Cite line Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent.

  • • Review and publish research reports (such as on Companies/Deals/News/Drugs/Epidemiology information/Patent information) ensuring compliance with project policies and house style guidelines.
  • • Research, verify and validate data and information from various sources, including websites, publications, thirdparty databases, publicly available aggregator and country specific sources.
  • • Develop good knowledge of the publishing value chain and take ownership of coverage.
  • • Develop expertise in company and/or drug profile research as well as financial statements analysis.
  • • Develop industry knowledge through exposure to industry trends and developments, and databases (such as Factiva, Lexis Nexis, Thomson Reuters etc).
  • • Ensure predefined QC templates/checklists are used to filter data, language and punctuation errors (manual as well as software).
  • • Improve research techniques/approach to increase content coverage and add value to the database.
  • • Provide only latest and relevant data in deliverables.
  • • Conduct basic quality checks of deliverables before publishing and take responsibility for quality check of peers’ deliverables Moved from Info Biz/Customer.
  • • Work with team manager on ad hoc/special project requirements from client.

Media & Entertainment:

  • • Interact with customers (internal/external) to meet process deliverables.
  • • Manage & resolve escalations and issues raised by customers.


  • • Continuously improve domain knowledge and develop understanding of best practices with the help of peers/Team Leads/Managers.
  • • Respond to queries raised by the team and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • • Take initiatives for process improvement to improve efficiencies and quality.
  • • Report to the team leader on performance, status and any escalations.
  • • Identify gaps in process and conduct audits to drive process compliance.
  • • Update all relevant trackers consistently and correctly for direct reports, where applicable.
  • • Ensure 100% compliance to process adherence.
  • • Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.
  • • Ensure assessments are conducted on time for all associates.
  • • Offer ideas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • • Work with Team Managers or Team Leads on the assigned tasks and to improve overall process quality.
  • • Document & review all process changes.

• In the absence of the TL, perform the following tasks when assigned:

  • Handle escalation calls.
  • Manage and report service levels as per the reporting cycle.
  • Manage break schedule for the team.
  • Communicate and manage transport delays.


• Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives:

regular team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, etc

  • • Coordinate with other teams and team members for work completion.
  • • Conduct peer reviews.
  • • Help team members organize time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • • Encourage team to actively participate in learning (domain certifications and other relevant trainings) on an ongoing basis and readily accept new/adhoc assignments.
  • • Act as a trainer/mentor and conduct knowledge transfer sessions and onthejob training for new hires in the team.
  • • Conduct refresher training sessions on a quarterly basis and refresher assessments for the team.
  • • Effectively utilize opportunities for crosstraining and readily accept new assignments.
  • • Raise issues/concerns that affect the team/process with Team Manager/Team Lead if unable to provide resolution.
  • • Properly mentor and train Process Exceutives/Senior Process Executives in identifying and filling any existing gaps.
  • • Ensure quality monitoring and audits for process executives to identify areas of improvement for the team or individuals.
  • • Sensitize the team to quality measures and its impact on their performance.
  • • Manage team, take ownership of issues within the team and provide meaningful resolutions where applicable.
  • • Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
  • • Share monthly performance of self and team members and review updates with module leads.
