Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.   • Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
  • Managing AMC Payouts- SAP report. Contract validation, NOC, Credit collection, contral approvals and working with payments/invoice team/ Partners.
  • Ensure all the audit actions are executed on priority and right controls established and no repeat fallouts
  • Timely Payouts to contracted partners along with Record Retention and process documentation
  • Work with RPA team and automate the payment/audit process and reduce /eliminate manual interface. Timely reports/dashboards to stakeholders
  • Prepares and runs operational performance reviews with the partner and drives improvement plans.
  • Produces moderately to highly complex deliverables, analyses and reports using business applications, making recommendations and/or decisions on common issues.
  • Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
  • Understands complex business issues and makes appropriate recommendations by applying intermediate subject matter expertise.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 6-8 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, sales operations, claim management, accounting, or compensation.
  • Candidate with strong audit background experience and exposure preferred.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across all functions / cross market

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Strong knowledge and skills with business applications & sales quoting tools ( SAP and Compass).
  • Experience and strong knowledge in sales quoting tools
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to manage, motivate and drive teams to perform to a high standard of excellence
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
