1. Minimum 3 Years in recruitment we need recruitment professionals at different level.
2. should have prior experience in Non IT Recruitment; preference will be given to die-hard core
recruiters coming from a Recruitment background.
3. should have sourcing experience through Job portals, references, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Excellent Communication skill
5. Should be good in doing Telephonic Screening of the profiles; should be proficient in checking
out their Technical, Behavioural, Stability aspects, etc.
6. shall be required to do co-ordination between Candidate and Technical team; rigorous Follow up
with the candidates for interview scheduling etc.
7. shall be required to maintain and develop trackers and management reports
8. Good experience in handling the multiple clients and team coordination
