- Responsible for increasing Direct - Sales at a site to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for all direct & channel partners' enquiries.
- Attend walk-in customers and perform demonstrations and site visits for them with utmost customer experience.
- Give feedback calls to customers and ensure to update the same in the walk-in report.
- Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals.
- Do regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure.
- Crafting sales strategies to ensure all sales plans and targets are executed.
- Ensure an end-to-end booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount.
- Understand and keep abreast with the competition and their activities related to current pricing, offers and sales strategy.
- Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving toward maximising sales for the organisation.
- Education: Min. Graduate, MBA preferred.
- Min 3 Years of work experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent market knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of the product and pricing bands should possess knowledge on area calculations and other technicalities related to building construction.
- Presentable and good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Strict adherence to procedures.
