As a HR Business Partner, you will be required to align business goals with employees and management and enrich the support structure for the business unit. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create and deploy core HR programs, practices and processes.What we are looking for Must Have: Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience of working in multiple HR disciplines, for example, employee relations, change management, talent development, performance management, compensation practices, workforce management, recruitment and employment laws. Prior experience as a HR Business Partner in managing scale and complexity of a region or business unit with end-to-end responsibility of the HR function.Demonstrated experience in translating business strategies into people initiatives Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
Demonstrated experience in providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Experience in working with key business managers to enhance people management practices and processes. Experience in enhancing employee engagement and retention in the Business unit Ability to resolve conflicts, collaborate and influence stakeholders towards desired outcomes / behavior. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including excellent presentation skills. Analytical ability to develop and enhance people solutions, processes and programs Good to Have:Knowledge and experience in technology and manufacturing industry including a familiarity of global HR practices and policies. Understanding on new age HR digital tools, practices and trends.
Experience in working with HRMS tools.Responsibilities: Partner with business to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, engagement, development programs, etc.)Leverage the understanding about the business unit to design and deploy effective people initiatives.Leverage the Talent development ecosystem of the organization to build capabilities for the current and future needs of the business.Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Drive organizational priorities and initiatives in a systematic and efficient manner within the business unitTranslate business strategies into people initiatives and drive those initiatives in a way that core HR processes are applied properly and in a legally compliant manner.
