Reporting directly to the MD, we want the Executive Assistant to MD to build the basics for a stronger foundation in a complete Organization. 2. Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide sophisticated calendar management for Managing Director.

2. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

3. Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that includes complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and vendors;

4. Composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about the Managing Director, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.

6. Prioritize and determine an appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect Managing Directors' style & Organizational Culture.

7. Work closely with the MD to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and agenda, following up appropriately.

8. Act as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the MD updated.

9. Anticipate MD needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.

10. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and should possess Strong verbal and written communication skills.

11. Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

12. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.

13. Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.

14. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
