Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Service at branch level
• Assisting customer with all required information - First Time Right (FTR)
• Ensure quality customer interaction and closure efficiency
• Achieve Cross Sell targets
• Ensure TAT for query resolution
• Working with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction scores for Branch
• Zero Compliance/ Control issues from Regulator/ Auditors or through Customer Escalations

Desired Candidate Profiles

• Sales knowledge is mandatory (Products-Pre-owned car, PL,BL, LAP)
• Sound Knowledge about dealing with customer.
• Required knowledge about Accounts & TDS.
• Excel knowledge.
