Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive Customer Service at branch level
- Assisting customer with all required information - First Time Right (FTR)
- Ensure quality customer interaction and closure efficiency
- Achieve Cross Sell targets
- Ensure TAT for query resolution
- Working with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction scores for Branch
- Zero Compliance/ Control issues from Regulator/ Auditors or through Customer Escalations
