WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR SALES ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ON & AT DELHI SALES OFFICE II HERITAGE FOODS LIMITED

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1) Daily update all F&A data and assist in finalization of accounts.

2) On time verification, processing & accounting of payables/receivables.

3) Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & bankbooks.

4) Coordinate and ensure timely make all statutory payments.

5) Physical verification of Stocks and assisting in Analysis of material losses.

6) Ensure maintain, processing & accounting of E&I recoveries

7) Regular updating and effective implementation of Financial Module of ERP.

1) Daily update all F&A data and assist in finalization of accounts.

a) Responsible to coordinate with stores teams, collect material balance and Product-wise stocks available in stores data on day-to-day basis accurately.

b) Responsible to daily maintain & updating of all books of Accounts data on time to time without any deviation.

2) On time verification, processing & accounting of payables/receivables.

a) Responsible to checking & verification of Payables like vendors/suppliers payments, Transport bills etc., and Process as per the schedule.

b) Responsible to make timely payments against bills by taking duly approval from the respective authority.

c) Responsible to assist in reconciliation of Inter segmental accounts, suppliers accounts, purchase and traveling advances etc., on monthly basis in coordination with concern teams

3) Petty Cash handling and reconciliation of cash & bankbooks.

a) Responsible to plan, maintain and arrange petty cash payments through voucher duly verification of bills from time to time.

b) Responsible to reconcile the petty cash accounts transactions with bankbooks on day-to-day basis without any deviations.

c) Responsible for depositing the daily collections into the bank and preparation of BRS.

d) Daily printouts of cash and bank books

4) Coordinate & ensure timely make all statutory payments.

a) Responsible to Coordinate with concern and ensure to release the statutory payments like Sales Tax, Income Tax etc.,

b) Responsible to statutory compliance on cash as per IT Act.

5) Physical verification of Stocks and assisting in Analysis of material losses:

a) Responsible to Physical verification of all stocks and assets from time to time.

b) Responsible for assisting in analysis of material losses and ensure losses are within the norms as per the company policy.

6) Ensure maintain, processing & accounting of E&I recoveries.

a) Responsible to maintain the records/registers against E&I supplies Vs recoveries with proper accounting on day-to-day basis without any deviation.

b) Responsible for farmers/Agents payments by ensuring E&I Recoveries from time to time.

7) Regular updating and effective implementation of Financial Module of ERP.

a) Responsible to ensure to monitor, updating required data in financial Module of ERP and

b) Responsible to generate reports by using ERP as per the requirement of the management.
